Criteria?

I came up with this kind of random thing after last Sunday, thought I'd share it just to see if anyone agree.

Looking for a good guy = looking for a good building.

1. sustainable 

2. good facade 

3. good construction 

4. fine mechanical / electrical system 

5. healthy environment 

6. the ones in strategical locations are usually taken

...which is why it's quite hard to find one.

Looks sustainable to me :D
